Position: Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Location: Leicester (1 day WFH per week)
Compensation: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Intellect Group, a leader in the education sector, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview:
In the capacity of Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving marketing strategies and managing various administrative functions. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will implement campaigns, oversee social media engagement, and assess market dynamics. Furthermore, you will support daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Design and execute marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Oversee and refresh the company's social media presence, crafting compelling content, documenting and sharing case studies, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Organise events, trade exhibitions, and product unveilings.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate and report on the success of marketing efforts using analytical tools.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, compiling reports, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain orderly records and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Support the preparation of presentations and other essential documents.
- Coordinate travel logistics and oversee expense reporting.
- Execute additional administrative tasks as necessary to facilitate efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing or administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, social media platforms, analytics tools).
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Positive demeanor and a collaborative team player.
Note: All candidates must possess full rights to work in the UK and reside within a reasonable commuting distance from Leicester.
