Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting with various facets of content development, including the corporate website, crafting and designing promotional campaigns for digital marketing initiatives, engaging with multiple social media channels, composing and scheduling posts, creating visual content, refining digital materials, and overseeing the sales team’s operations.
Daily tasks will encompass additional sales and marketing functions such as managing incoming customer inquiries directed to the sales team, organizing marketing events, participating in strategic meetings, and formulating comprehensive schedules for all social media engagements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing customer inquiries
- Data entry into CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Strategic planning for email outreach to current clients
- Executing email marketing strategies aimed at prospective clients
- Photography and graphic design for promotional materials
