Creative Support is a rapidly expanding, national not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to individuals with diverse care requirements. We are currently in search of Support Care Assistants to join our welcoming teams in the Leicester and Leicestershire areas.

We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Support Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support within our services in Leicester and Leicestershire. Our organization operates across 16 facilities, supporting over 100 adults with various support needs. We seek confident, calm, and person-centered individuals who can offer this support, enabling our service users to lead fulfilling lives and take advantage of numerous opportunities for personal growth. By providing this attentive and responsive care, you will help us uphold the rights and choices of those we serve.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering respectful personal care, managing medication, and assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Building warm and trusting relationships with all individuals we support.
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in a variety of engaging activities both within the home and in the community.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

This rewarding position requires flexibility, and prior experience is essential.

As a member of the Creative Support Bank Staff, you will have access to our user-friendly app, which allows you to select shifts across the country and provides essential information about the services, including directions.

You will receive weekly payments.
