The Role

We are seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to individuals with various needs. Your role will involve:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging independence and promoting choice and dignity
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a related healthcare role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with various needs
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Reliability and honesty in all aspects of your work
