Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Wealth Management division at Evelyn Partners. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Investment Managers while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

This position allows for hybrid working, requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Collaborating closely with assigned Investment Managers to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Coordinating with operational teams to support various activities, such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
  • Preparing meeting materials and valuations as needed.
  • Assisting Investment Managers in the creation of new business proposals and presentations.
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity is essential.
  • Familiarity with XPlan software is advantageous.
  • A strong commitment to client service.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage your workload.
