About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at i-teachers as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students emotionally and socially, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive school culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging among students and staff.
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
  • Previous experience working with SEN (desirable)
  • Strong academic background (e.g. degree)
  • Confident and enthusiastic personality
