Key Responsibilities of a Corporate Events Sales Manager

  • Identify and secure new corporate functions and special events business for the hotel.
  • Manage existing client accounts while generating new business in line with agreed targets.
  • Effectively promote the hotel’s image and services through various channels.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience and develop comprehensive sales initiatives.
  • Prepare precise and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including details of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
  • Operate within current business strategies while recognizing and acting on potential opportunities.
