Lettings Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team. As a Lettings Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our lettings team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the lettings team, including handling enquiries, preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, valuations, and meetings for the lettings team.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and property listings.
- Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property or estate agency industry.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of the property market is an advantage.
