The Role

This position can be performed remotely within the UK.

We are seeking an Operations Project Coordinator to join our Operations Team. We prioritize understanding our customers' businesses before diving into technology. This approach leads to intelligent technology solutions that streamline outdated and complex processes, reduce repair and management costs, and create positive changes for both our customers and the local community.

As an Operations Project Coordinator, you will manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget, thereby enabling our clients to achieve their business objectives. With strong leadership, initiative, and a personable demeanor, you will enhance performance and satisfaction among our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage projects, coordinating with the team and clients to fulfill functional requirements
  • Assess risks and issues, solve problems, and prioritize tasks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Proactively manage client communications and maintain robust relationships with customers
  • Translate client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Conduct testing of software updates
  • Oversee defect tracking and resolution for functional testing and client-executed user acceptance testing

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as regular interaction with clients and key stakeholders is essential
  • Proficient in productivity applications
  • A quick and highly motivated learner of new software

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Project Management or a related field
