Job Title: Project Coordination Manager

Vestas is seeking an experienced Project Coordination Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Project Coordination Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and final handover of wind farms to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Project Coordinators both disciplinarily and organizationally.
  • Align internal interfaces and handle escalations.
  • Measure and monitor team performance using KPIs, targets, regular reviews, and counter-measures.
  • Plan projects and personnel resources effectively.
  • Recruit, motivate, and support team members to deliver positive results.
  • Ensure compliance with Vestas policies and contractual obligations, including local agreements.
  • Promote a safe working culture in line with Vestas safety values.
Requirements:
  • A degree in science, engineering, or a commercial field.
  • Knowledge of contracts is advantageous.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in using SAP.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively across different departments.
  • Experience with Power BI reports is beneficial.

Primary work location: Malmo or Vaasa.

This position requires up to days travel per year.
