In the role of Intermediary Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service through both telephonic and written communication with key mortgage brokers, fostering robust relationships. Collaborating with Account Managers, you will drive sales performance and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming intermediary telephonic inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service regarding product details and criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support the execution of Account Plans by proactively reaching out to essential intermediary partners to enhance sales.
- Provide Account Managers with regular insights from brokers and market trends, assisting in the identification of new business opportunities.
- Assess intermediary requirements, clarify details, and offer precise solutions across the full range of product offerings.
- Maintain a professional representation of the company to ensure a positive experience for brokers throughout their journey.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in telephone sales within a Mortgage Lender or Mortgage Broker environment.
- Proficient in managing inbound service calls, making outbound calls, and overseeing email communications.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building and effective communication.
- Strong abilities in objection handling and problem resolution.
