About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our Land Rover Solihull dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
- Maximize sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up calls, and effective communication with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.Knowledge of the Land Rover brand and its products, or a willingness to learn and develop your expertise.A valid UK driver's license and a clean driving record.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.What We Offer
