We are seeking a Parts Specialist to become a vital member of our Land Rover team. This position is based in our Solihull location and involves a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, with occasional Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
The role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to £32,000 through additional incentives and benefits.
As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in liaising with various departments, including sales and service, while also engaging directly with our clientele. Your responsibilities will include providing Land Rover parts to both retail customers and trade partners, making this position ideal for a motivated individual who possesses a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service for a prestigious automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities
Engage in a variety of tasks, from managing deliveries in the back office to assisting customers at the front desk. Responsible for pre-selecting parts for workshop job orders, fulfilling customer requests, and verifying stock availability. Develop customer relationships through effective communication via phone, in-person interactions, and online inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression. Maintain adequate stock levels of consumables and service parts to ensure efficient service to our workshop and other departments, as well as our trade and retail customers. Process warranty claims related to parts and ensure all administrative tasks, including customer records and invoicing, are completed accurately and promptly. Acquire knowledge of our premium Land Rover products to understand the functionality and purpose of various vehicle parts.Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or relevant knowledge from a similar role in a parts company is preferred. A solid understanding of automotive components and a willingness to learn are essential for the right candidate. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers is crucial. A proactive, sales-oriented approach with a commitment to exceptional customer service is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
