Introduction

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Parts Specialist to join our esteemed Land Rover dealership. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00, with Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.

We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE of up to £32,000, along with various benefits.

Role Overview

The Parts Specialist plays a vital role in connecting various departments, including sales and service, while providing top-notch service to our clientele.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the supply of Land Rover parts to both retail and trade customers.
  • Pre-picking parts for workshop jobs and fulfilling customer orders.
  • Checking stock availability and responding to inquiries through various channels.
  • Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Ensuring that consumables and service parts are adequately stocked to support our operations.
  • Processing warranty claims related to parts and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of Land Rover products to better assist customers.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Previous experience as a parts advisor in a dealership or similar environment.
  • A solid understanding of automotive components and a willingness to learn.
  • The ability to establish rapport with customers quickly.
