About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety across our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular site inspections to verify compliance with established protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about evolving safety legislation and best practices to ensure our operations remain compliant.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyze incident data to track trends and inform proactive safety measures.
  • Provide expert guidance on specialized safety topics, such as fire regulations and occupational health hazards.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a recognized NEBOSH qualification.
  • Have 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar health and safety role within a distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ISO management systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
