Key Responsibilities:
As a Legacy Administration Specialist, you will:
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Legal team, representing the charity in communications with legal professionals.
  • Oversee the daily management and coordination of legacy case file administration and stewardship to meet the legacy income targets.
  • Collaborate with the Individual Giving Development Manager to design, implement, and assess a legacy program aligned with the fundraising strategy and organizational goals.
  • Provide expertise in legacy fundraising practices for the charity.
Candidate Profile:

To excel in this position, you should possess strong administrative skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse and busy workload.

Exceptional communication skills are essential, whether drafting written correspondence or engaging with the public in person or over the phone.

Experience in handling sensitive discussions is important, as you will frequently interact with bereaved families. Familiarity with Wills, Probate, and Trust law is advantageous.
