Job Summary:

Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our client's busy period. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Administration: Assist with the onboarding process of new candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • HR and Recruitment Inbox Management: Manage the HR and Recruitment inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administration Experience: Ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR setting.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Able to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
