Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our client in Buckingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing content, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Inputting and formatting content into Microsoft Word documents with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organising and attending virtual or in-person meetings to take detailed notes and prepare comprehensive summaries.
  • Information Compilation: Compiling and organising information from various sources to support the project's objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as they arise, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Communication: Managing communications with external contributors, ensuring clear and effective liaison.

Requirements:

  • Content Management: Proficiency in content management, particularly with Microsoft Word.
  • Meeting Support: Experience in meeting support, including note-taking and information collation.
  • Administrative Skills: Ability to handle a diverse range of administrative tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effective internal team collaboration and external contributor management.
  • Qualifications: Minimum qualification of level 2 (GCSE C/4) in English and Maths.
