Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Bucks and Berks Recruitment on a temporary basis.

About the Role: As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including assisting with onboarding, managing the HR and Recruitment inbox, and dealing with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Onboarding: Provide administrative support to the HR team during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage HR and Recruitment Inbox: Respond to emails and manage the HR and Recruitment inbox, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates and clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administration Experience: Ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment setting.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Able to pick up new systems and processes effectively and efficiently.
