Human Resources Coordinator

Bucks & Berks Recruitment PLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing and distributing new hire packets and updating employee records.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate records.
- Develop and maintain HR-related documents, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
