Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead their HR department. This is a part-time role, roughly 3 days a week, and is permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Organizational Change: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
- CPD: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Relevant CIPD qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle a busy and varied workload.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and relate to people at all levels.
- Self-starter with high levels of time management and planning skills.
