Job Summary:

Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to lead their HR department. This is a part-time role, roughly 3 days a week, and is permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Succession Planning: Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Relevant CIPD qualifications and/or equivalent experience.

  • Emotional resilience and ability to handle a busy and varied workload.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and relate to people at all levels.
  • Self-starter with high levels of time management and planning skills.
