Job Summary:

Bucks and Berks Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Administration: Assist with the onboarding process of new candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
  • HR and Recruitment Inbox Management: Manage the HR and recruitment inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administration Experience: Ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
