HR Administrator

Job Summary:
The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Employee Services function, ensuring effective and timely human resources services to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of customer service while ensuring compliance with company operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first point of contact for clients of Employee Services, resolving queries and providing guidance on company policies.
- Support and educate clients on company procedures and operating systems.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), Service Level Agreements, and Key Performance Indicators across all Human Resources administration tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOPs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and increased service levels.
- Manage and resolve client enquiries within agreed timescales, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate employee information in databases.
Requirements:
- Studying towards a CIPD qualification.
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar HR administration position.
- Confident IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
