We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Hamilton Specialist Referrals, a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring timely and effective communication of patient information and treatment plans.
- Manage and coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements and scheduling, to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or clinical environment, with a strong focus on relationship-building and communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- A full driving license and ability to travel as required.
