Your Role as a Community Support Specialist
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support to individuals facing various challenges, including homelessness and complex needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide both practical and emotional assistance, ensuring that our customers receive tailored support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing service delivery, including case management.
- Build and maintain relationships with local services and stakeholders to facilitate access to community resources.
- Participate in networking events to promote our support frameworks.
- Produce necessary documentation and reports to support service operations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers by adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Develop and implement group activities that foster community engagement.
