Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Ambient Support. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents in participating in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Provide personal care and support to residents with varying physical and emotional needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Work flexibly across a 24/7 schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our residents.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, including assisting with housekeeping tasks.
- Experience in supporting adults in a care setting or community environment.
- Awareness and understanding of high-quality home care principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and families.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing resident needs.
