Hearing Care Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for a HCPC registered Hearing Aid Dispenser to become part of a prominent provider of private hearing solutions, with a legacy of over 50 years in the industry.
As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will engage in field-based activities, primarily serving clients in the designated area. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive hearing assessments in line with HCPC standards.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Scheduling and managing appointments with prospective clients
- Promoting and providing tailored hearing solutions
- Processing sales administration for orders
- Completing audiograms accurately and maintaining records within the CMS system
- Generating reports to support testing, sales initiatives, and strategic planning
- Delivering exceptional aftersales support, addressing service inquiries, and resolving client issues
Qualifications for the Hearing Care Specialist:
Applicants must be qualified Audiologists / Hearing Aid Dispensers and possess a valid driving license. A personable and approachable demeanor, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential.
A customer-centric approach and the ability to foster strong relationships with both patients and colleagues are crucial for success in this role.
