We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Pengroup. As a key member of our Student Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent Pengroup Wellbeing to all stakeholders, promoting a culture of wellbeing and support across the organization.
  2. Manage a cross-functional team responsible for delivering wellbeing and welfare services that enhance the student experience.
  3. Provide wellbeing support to all students, addressing their concerns and signposting them to external resources as needed.
  4. Ensure students have an exceptional experience at Pengroup by prioritizing their wellbeing and safety.
  5. Collaborate with academic managers to ensure efficient wellbeing support and effective communication with students.
  6. Develop and deliver wellbeing programs, including workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events, to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
  7. Ensure clear policies and procedures are in place for risk assessment and support, and escalate serious cases as needed.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students.
  9. Plan and prioritize workload to meet the needs of students and the organization.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or a related field.
  2. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  3. Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
