About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Manager to join our team at Harrods. As a key member of our Retail Division, you will be responsible for driving the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Retail Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Work closely with the Divisional General Retail Manager and wider GRM network to develop talent, grow skills, and make effective succession plans to protect the strength of the business.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and comments to understand current challenges and opportunities to improve.
  • Deliver new initiatives, processes, and procedures that affect retail operations as directed by the General Retail Manager.
  • Be accountable for delivering the day-to-day and long-term running of your area of responsibility through your team, including delivering exceptional back-of-house standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staffing levels, training, and development programs.

You will be an effective communicator and relationship builder, able to work closely with key stakeholders across Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Operational teams to drive business results.
