Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities for growth
- Pitch and cross-sell Surface+M365 Business Premium to SMBs and consumers
- Support SMB sales teams in selling Surface to their end customers
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Identify customer opportunities and co-selling offers
- Evangelise the product and drive awareness of programs, campaigns, and offers
- Develop and execute an SMB new customer acquisition sales plan for the Surface portfolio
- Identify and profile M365/0365 customers for cross-sell into Surface
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the SMB segment, preferably in the IT industry
- 3-5 years experience selling small devices, ie laptops, etc to SMBs or consumers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology and customer satisfaction
