Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities for growth
  • Pitch and cross-sell Surface+M365 Business Premium to SMBs and consumers
  • Support SMB sales teams in selling Surface to their end customers
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify customer opportunities and co-selling offers
  • Evangelise the product and drive awareness of programs, campaigns, and offers
  • Develop and execute an SMB new customer acquisition sales plan for the Surface portfolio
  • Identify and profile M365/0365 customers for cross-sell into Surface
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB segment, preferably in the IT industry
  • 3-5 years experience selling small devices, ie laptops, etc to SMBs or consumers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction
