We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as an Events Sales Executive at the Royal Lancaster London. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all client enquiries and prices quoted are in accordance with the monthly yield parameters, consult the Events Revenue Manager.
- Deal with all client enquiries ensuring all clients receive relevant quotes and proposals.
- Attend any relevant meetings, conduct client show rounds, and assist with social events, trade shows and special events on behalf of the Royal Lancaster London.
- Bring service innovations to the monthly meeting to ensure the hotel is constantly improving its clients relations and increasing revenue.
