Job Opportunity: Sales and Customer Service Role
About the Company: SLS Recruitment is a well-established and successful sales and marketing company based in Central London.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales: Generate sales leads, build relationships with customers, and meet sales targets.
- Marketing: Promote our products and services through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and events.
- Promoting: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Face-to-Face Sales: Engage with customers, build relationships, and make sales pitches.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: No prior experience is necessary, as we provide access to sales coaching and client product/service training.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time in the UK, 5 days a week, between Monday and Saturday.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK.
