Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the customer experience is responsive, professional, and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete complaints management process
  • Offer guidance and assistance in handling customer grievances
  • Facilitate effective management of complaints and inquiries
  • Ensure prompt and precise responses in line with established handling protocols
  • Analyze feedback to pinpoint service deficiencies and propose enhancements
  • Deliver training and support during annual compliance assessments
  • Engage proactively with customers to resolve their concerns
  • Conduct regular quality checks on responses and operational systems
  • Promote and support information management systems for performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and motivate the team

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in complaint resolution, preferably within the social housing sector
  • Understanding of the principles of high-quality customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to provide actionable insights
  • Strong business writing skills for clear report generation
  • Analytical capabilities to identify underlying issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding presentation, listening, and communication abilities
