About the Role:

NHS Resolution is seeking a talented Service Improvement Manager to join the Claims Service Improvement Team on a permanent contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the research, planning, and implementation of new and improved protocols, processes, and ways of working across the Claims function.
  • Identify processes and improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to the development of best practices and risk identification.
  • Provide support to mitigate any potential challenges and collaborate with a team of Senior Service Improvement Managers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience in successfully managing a demanding workload to tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and innovative way of thinking.
  • Experience of working with and drafting data reports, detailed documentation, and data visualisation tools is also desirable.
