About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting conflicts checks on new and existing clients across the firm, escalating complex conflict issues to senior members of the AML & Conflicts Team, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct conflicts checks on new and existing clients
  • Evaluate and escalate complex conflict issues to senior members of the AML & Conflicts Team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Liaise with other teams as necessary

Requirements

  • Experience in conflict resolution and risk management
  • 6 months experience in a Risk & Compliance Team
  • Experience using Intapp is an advantage
  • Understanding of AML and SRA regulations
