About the Role:
NHS Resolution is seeking a talented Service Improvement Manager to join the Claims Service Improvement Team on a permanent contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the research, planning, and implementation of new and improved protocols, processes, and ways of working across the Claims function.
- Identify processes and improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to the development of best practices and risk identification.
- Provide support to mitigate any potential challenges and collaborate with a team of Senior Service Improvement Managers.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Experience in successfully managing a demanding workload to tight deadlines.
- Analytical and innovative way of thinking.
- Experience of working with and drafting data reports, detailed documentation, and data visualisation tools is also desirable.
