About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Resolution Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Debt Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services to utility companies, including visiting customer premises to perform various functions related to gas and electricity supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Awareness of Debt and Resolution Capability
  • Gaining additional Customer Data, such as Meter Reads and Vulnerabilities
  • Execution of documentation to secure payment to the client
  • Execution of Warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution

Salary and Benefits Package
  • £25,000 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
  • £3,600 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)
  • £35,000 - £40,000 earning potential via Bonus Scheme
  • Mileage paid at £0.35 per business mile
