Debt Resolution Officer Job Description

At Made Employment Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Debt Resolution Officer to join our team. As a Debt Resolution Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers in their offices and homes to execute welfare checks and warrants to tackle outstanding debt.
  • Gather additional customer data, such as meter reads and vulnerabilities.
  • Execute documentation to secure payment to the client.
  • Execute warrants to secure payment or access to deliver resolution.
Requirements:
  • Must be organised and follow protocols to deliver maximum return on investment per account issued.
  • Must be adaptable and flexible to varied environments.
  • Good work ethic, negotiating skills, and ability to work as a team.
  • Able to make quick decisions and plan workload appropriately.
  • Intermediate use of technology and data management.
