About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our stroke rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and treatments to patients with stroke-related conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Physiotherapist.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
  • Postgraduate experience in stroke rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
