Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to become part of our Delegated Fraud Team in the capacity of a Fraud Case Support Associate. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to embark on a career in the legal field.

The Fraud Case Support Associate is tasked with executing designated actions within case strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. This position does not involve managing personal cases; instead, the associate will focus on specific file handling responsibilities that support the File Handlers. Duties will include procedural documentation, compliance checks, investigations, and evidence assessments. The associate is expected to take ownership of each assigned task from initiation to completion, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the File Handlers' strategic decisions. Exposure to a variety of fraud cases, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters, will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

The tasks assigned to the Fraud Case Support Associate will be influenced by the workload of the File Handlers they collaborate with, which may encompass:

Litigation


• Drafting procedural documents


• Preparing cost schedules

Investigations


• Conducting evidence reviews and evaluations


• Communicating with policyholders and witnesses


• Preparing key witness statements


• Collaborating with legal counsel


• Engaging experts, whether internal or external

Resolution


• Negotiating third-party costs in line with established regulations


• Drafting relevant settlement documents

To foster professional growth, the Fraud Case Support Associate may also assist the File Handler in conducting strategic case reviews.

Working Hours

This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, with a designated lunch break.
