Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze complex fraud cases, identifying patterns and trends to inform our counter-fraud strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our team of fraud specialists and legal support staff to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our counter-fraud approach remains effective and compliant.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on fraud prevention and detection.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in civil litigation claims handling or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of commercial awareness, with the ability to understand the financial implications of fraud.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
