We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Fraud Specialist to join our team at Keoghs. As a key member of our counter-fraud division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and preventing fraudulent insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities- Run a caseload of litigated RTA suspected fraud files on behalf of insurance clients
- Work closely with claims handlers and other fraud specialists to identify and prevent new and emerging risks
- Develop and implement strategies to defeat dishonest motor claims
- Conduct detailed review and analysis of evidence throughout the life of a case
- Identify strategic litigation opportunities and complex cases when appropriate
- Report to insurer clients throughout the lifetime of a claim
- Achieve the best result in litigation, protecting the client's position in relation to proceedings
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler
- Understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes, including indemnity principles
- Knowledge of the litigation process and working knowledge of the CPR
- Experience of time recording and billing systems
