We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fraud Case Assistant to join our team at Keoghs. As a Fraud Case Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our File Handlers in achieving the best possible outcome in cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake delegated actions in case strategies to achieve the best possible outcome in cases.
  • Carry out individual file handling tasks on cases for and in support of the File Handlers.
  • Assist in procedural drafting and compliance, investigations, and evidential reviews.
  • Own each task delegated to you from start to finish.
  • Ensure attention to detail and that case files run proactively to assist the File Handlers' strategic decision-making.

    • Timely and accurate maintenance of all Case Management Systems from opening to closure

Working Hours

35 hours per week

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.

We are agile workers with attendance at the office at least 1 day per week.

Requirements
  • Established interest in law either through further education (e.g. LPC or ILEX) or experience within a process-driven legal environment
  • Experience of drafting court documents and understanding of processes
  • Good telephone and communication skills with people at all levels inside and outside the business
  • An ability to organise and prioritise tasks using initiative
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to re-prioritise and delegate effectively when required
  • An ability to analyse evidence
  • Good Literacy and IT skills
  • Good team worker with the flexibility to do what is required to get a result and ensure client service levels are met
