About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our services and teams in delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our services, including Cuthbert Bank, LiveWell in the Community, and Housing First Rotherham & Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic team and manage the performance of staff to ensure they reach their potential.
  • Oversight of housing management expectations, including repairs, voids, and income management.
  • Ensure effective health and safety management and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Monitor and report on data performance to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with our Quality & Impact Manager to embed a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery.
  • Promote the service and manage referrals into the service.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure the service is effectively resourced.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, a flexible approach to problem-solving, and decision-making. You will be a great communicator with staff, customers, and others, possessing a positive can-do approach. Ideally, you will have experience in supported housing or support services, as well as an understanding of housing management.

Our Benefits

  • Salary – £34,391 pro rata
  • Permanent
  • 30 & 37 hours per week
  • Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday- with some flexibility needed based on service need.
  • Based at Cuthbert Bank / SYHA Head office
  • Generous holiday entitlement – 27 days annual leave, statutory bank holidays plus an additional 4 SYHA days, pro rata.
