About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Lead to join our team at Trek Bicycle Corporation Ltd. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading the operations of our Service Centre and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service Centre team and ensure that all service operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control service costs, including labour and parts.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Engage with customers to recommend the right service at the right time and ensure that all service orders are organized and up-to-date.
  • Manage all communication from the Service Department to customers and write work orders for the shop.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the Service Centre.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the service and sales teams are working together to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a bicycle Service Centre or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively and stay a step ahead of the shop's needs.
  • Proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and trends.
  • Commitment to delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
