Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Audi Dealership based in Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote vehicles and services, and ensure that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales leader in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
