Job Title: Group Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Barracudas Activity Day Camps. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children and delivering a range of activities that promote fun, learning, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a group of children and deliver activities that meet their needs and interests
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children
  • Plan and deliver activities that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all children in your care
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the overall success of the camp by participating in team meetings and activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a group setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of children with varying abilities and interests
  • Commitment to the health, safety, and welfare of all children in your care
