We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide administrative support to our executives, ensuring the seamless flow of operations and driving efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Manage and organize our executives' calendars, anticipating scheduling conflicts and planning ahead to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, booking venues and preparing materials, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, trusted with high-level tasks requiring absolute discretion.
  • Reports and Presentations: Assist in crafting reports, presentations, and correspondence using data from meetings and CRM's.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring every itinerary is tailored to perfection.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the link between our executives and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Proactive Research: Conduct thorough research and provide insights to drive decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience supporting business leaders in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, creating, editing, and presenting documents with finesse.
  • Master Multitasker: Juggle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Discreet and Confidential: Trustworthy and professional, handling sensitive information with care.
  • Interpersonal Expert: Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
