Join Our Team as a Patient Transport Supervisor
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Patient Transport Supervisor to become a vital part of our organization.
The primary function of the Patient Transport Supervisor is to oversee contract execution, staffing, conduct, and quality assurance. Ensuring exceptional patient care will be your top priority, and you will instill these values within your team. The Supervisor will also provide support on the ground during patient transportation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring timely departures of Ambulance Care Assistants from the base.
- Compliance Assurance: Collaborate with the Compliance Team to perform regular Health and Safety checks to maintain compliance standards.
- Fleet Management: Work with the Fleet supervisor to guarantee that all vehicles are roadworthy and conduct necessary vehicle inspections.
- Data Oversight: Maintain accurate employee records to ensure payroll and leave accuracy.
- Performance Metrics: Assist the Contract Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose innovative improvement strategies.
- Team Development: Conduct performance reviews and support the professional growth of Ambulance Care Assistants.
- Training Delivery: Ensure all team members are equipped to provide excellent patient service through regular training and assessments.

- Full UK driving license.
