About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Amazon TA. As a key member of our IT Services organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipping of IT equipment and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store IT equipment and peripherals, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery to our teams.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare IT assets for transportation, adhering to IT and Information Security policies, and manage returned assets for reuse, reverse logistics, or disposal.
  • Workflow Optimization: Own and optimize existing shipping workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain standard day-to-day operating procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook, data management, and reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across several teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Transportation Experience: Experience in customer service, transportation, and logistics, with a focus on customer returns, hardware orders, or backlog management.
